AS9100 & ISO 9001

WireMasters® is an AS9100 & ISO 9001 certified company. DIN EN ISO 9001

Our WireMasters® Europe division is an DIN EN ISO 9001 certified company. DIN EN 9120

Our WireMasters® Europe division is an DIN EN 9120 certified company. IATF 16949

IATF 16949 is an ISO technical specification aimed at the development of a quality management system that provides for continual improvement, emphasizing defect prevention and the reduction of variation and waste in the automotive industry supply chain and production.  

Authorised Economic Operator (AEO)

As Authorized Economic Operator our EU headquarters share a mutual transparency, correctness, fairness and responsibility with customs authorities all over the EU. WireMasters being able to process crucial customs formalities inhouse means, your international supply chain is speeding up.

Canadian Standards Association (CSA)

Canadian Standards Association (CSA), a not-for-profit standards organization, is composed of representatives from industry, government, and consumer groups who publish standards. When marked with the CSA registered logo, that verifies the product has been independently tested and certified to meet recognized standards for safety or performance.

WC27500-2015 CABLE QPL Documentation

In October 2013, NAVAIR required manufacturers of the M27500 cables to be tested in accordance with the specification, and be placed on a QPL. As of March 18, 2017, QPL approved manufacturers had to re-qualify to be in compliance with the NEMA WC27500-2015 version of the specification. WireMasters® has completed the evaluation process through NAVAIR to ensure all cables will comply with the new standards. The completion of this procedure can guarantee all customers their products will be provided with the highest quality to meet their performance requirements. WireMasters® is listed on the NAVAIR Qualified Products List (QPL) for WC27500-2015 cables.

WireMasters Vendor Quality Questionnaire

In accordance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and FAA Regulations and requirements, WireMasters® Inc. is required to complete a quality survey of all our vendors and suppliers on a three-year basis. Please complete the attached quality survey.  

Product Certifications

United States Defense Standard (Mil-Spec)

The United States Defense Standard is also referenced as military standard, MIL-STD, or MIL-SPEC.  The U.S. Department of Defense utilizes these requirements to ensure all products built under a particular specification meet certain requirements and are compatible with military, aerospace, and defense systems. All Mil-Spec products distributed by WireMasters® will meet these standards.

Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. (UL)

UL stands for Underwriters Laboratories which is internationally recognized organization that establishes, maintains, and operates laboratories that perform safety analysis on products to ensure they meet industry standards and avoid any foreseen hazards. When purchasing a product that is UL certified, you can rest assured the material has been tested to the highest standards and certified to safety standards

Restriction of Hazardous Substances RoHS

The Restriction of Hazardous Substances, also known as RoHS compliant, restricts the use of six hazardous materials found in electrical and electronic products; Lead, Mercury, Cadmium, Hexavalent Chromium, Polybrominated Biphenyls, and Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers. Originated from the European Union, all applicable products used in the EU market must pass RoHS compliance. As a wire, cable, and accessory distributor, WireMasters® offers RoHS compliant materials.
