M25038/3 wires are insulated with a non-asbestos inorganic barrier, an inorganic fibrous inner wrap, a layer of composite insulation acting as a moisture/mechanical barrier and a heavy duty, sealed polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) coated glass braid. This extra heavy-duty construction offers excellent mechanical performance and abrasion resistance. This design is best for applications where wires must operate in extremely harsh environments, under vibration and with direct flame exposure.
