M22759/187 wires are normal weight, high- performance aerospace hook-up wires insulated with two layers of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) tape and PTFE/ polyimide/PTFE tape for gauges 26-10, three for gauges 8-6, and four for gauges 4- 4/0. The edges of the outer insulation have been fused to create a seamless taped insulation. These wires are designed for aerospace and other applications requiring excellent thermal stability and good abrasion resistance.
