David C. Hill is an entrepreneur with strong organizational and management skills. He has led WireMasters® to become one of the world’s leading distributors of Mil-Spec wire, cable and accessories. His business model is based on investing profits back into the company so that it can continually expand into new product lines and regions to support Customer needs. Customer Service is the driving Force for Success is his Business foundation.

David is married to Debra, the love of his life. They have two sons, Brad and Brent, which are both married, blessing the Family with three beautiful grandchildren, Cason, Pippa, and Thatcher. Family, Faith, and Integrity in business are the most important drivers in life.

His passions in life are Family, Faith, Helping others, along with History, preservation, antiques, neon sign and car collecting.

Brad joined WireMasters in 2001

Brad earned his B.S. in Business Entrepreneurship from Middle Tennessee State University. As a part of the ownership team at WireMasters, he looks forward to carrying on the legacy and building on the success that WireMasters has achieved.

He enjoys spending time with his wife and children, is an avid golfer, and big fan of country music.

Brent joined WireMasters in 2010

Brent is a graduate of Harding University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Management. Brent has gained invaluable experience through many facets of the company during his tenure at WireMasters, building a strong foundation of values and skills along the way. As a part of the ownership team at WireMasters, Brent looks forward to carrying on the legacy and building on the success that WireMasters has achieved.

Outside of work, Brent enjoys spending time with wife and two young children, travel, sports, and various outdoor activities.

Drew joined WireMasters in 2003

Husband to Allison, and dad to Rylen, Chloe, and Redding, Drew enjoys music, golf, and serving his church community. He holds a bachelor's degree from Lipscomb University with a double major in management and marketing. Since he came on board in 2003, Drew has worked in just about every area of the company, from housekeeping to the warehouse to his current seat as Director of Sales and Operations. His duties include direction of all company sales activities and strategies, as well as being a driving force in the implementation of new and robust CRM and Marketing Automation tools and practices.

Richard joined WireMasters in 2007

Formerly VP of Operations, Richard oversees everything from warehouse activity, sales, quality, customer relations, and more for WireMasters globally.

Richard joined WireMasters after extensive career stops in the business and banking sectors. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin, with a major in Economics/Finance. While at UTM, he was a four-year letterman on the Pacer football team. He has served on several local boards, primarily focused on education and youth sports, and is an active leader at his church.

Richard is married, has two daughters, two sons-in-law, and two precious grandchildren. He is an avid fan of the Nashville Predators and the University of Tennessee Volunteers.

Todd joined WireMasters in 2019

Overseeing all financial operations, Todd worked in the healthcare and staffing industries before joining WireMasters. Todd is a Certified Public Accountant, he graduated from Tennessee Tech with a bachelor’s in Accounting and an MBA in Finance. Todd is happily married and has two active boys.

Zeb joined WireMasters in 2015

A 2007 graduate of Lipscomb University with a degree in computer science, Zeb oversees software development and our CRM system. Zeb brings 10 years of software development experience to the WireMasters team. Zeb is married with one child and enjoys hunting, fishing, St. Louis Cardinals baseball, Titans football, and spending time with friends and family. He is also an active member in a local church.

Caleb joined WireMasters in 2012

A 2008 graduate of Tennessee Technological University (TTU) with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Caleb oversees all production operations, controlling standard operating procedures and serves as system administrator for the WireMasters ERP system. Caleb brings previous experience as an industrial product engineer to the WireMasters team.

Husband to Laura and father to Cohen and Ellie, Caleb enjoys making music, the sport of golf, fishing, and is an active member of his church.

Jimmy joined WireMasters in 2016

As VP of Global Sales, Jimmy oversees our sales and marketing departments in each of our sites worldwide. Beginning his career at WireMasters as Global Operations Specialist, he has experienced first-hand the day-to-day operations of each of WireMasters’ site abroad. With an impressive list of prior work experience, Jimmy has managed nearly every department in the aerospace and aviation industry, including sales and marketing. Prior to his arrival at WireMasters, he spent ten years working for a competitor, including two years spent on assignment in Queretaro, Mexico.

Jimmy earned a bachelor’s degree in Business from Brigham Young University (BYU) and has an MBA from Southern Methodist University (SMU). He is also a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and is a Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Professional. In addition to spending time with his wife and six children, Jimmy enjoys basketball, racquetball, and volleyball. He also enjoys working on old cars - the ones like his children drive!

Eric joined WireMasters in 2018

Eric has over 25 years of experience in the aerospace wire & cable industry. He began working in sales and served in various roles ranging from general manager, outside sales manager, facility manager, and has aided in the opening and managing many international locations. He also has experience in large VMI/3PL projects, OEM contract negotiations, and has built strong relationships with suppliers. Eric came to WireMasters in 2018 and oversees our international sales from our Canadian office.

Eric is married with four children. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, biking, attending concerts, playing guitar, and coaching hockey, baseball, and ringette.

Ryan joined WireMasters in 2012. 

A graduate of Michigan State University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Ryan has spent many years in the aviation, aerospace, and defense industry, including a tenure with BAE Systems. 

Ryan enjoys watching sports and spending time with family.
