A-A-59474 TY1 CL1 1/2"x108FT polytetrafluoroethylene, high temperature insulating, pressure-sensitive, adhesive, electrical tapes intended for splicing insulation of polytetrafluoroethylene-coated electrical wire for continuous operation at 260° C. This tape offers high temperature resisting, acid resisting, alkali resisting shielding. PTFE film tape provides low surface friction composition for high heat applications like connection wrapping of cables with high voltage and high temperatures. This tape is used in electrical insulation systems meeting Class H requirements.
